Why do I need to be a member to use Momosun¡¦s service?
Momosun provides member customers with tailor-made services. Through membership program, the understanding and communications between MOMOSUN and customers will be enhanced. Momosun provides its members special promotion and information from time to time.
What is Momosun¡¦s basic service time requirement?
At least one service per week is recommended. One service unit is 4 hours.
Is Momosun¡¦s service limited to one service per week?
No. It depends on customer¡¦s needs. Customers can choose how many services per week according to their own need. e.g. twice or three times per week.
Can I use Momosun¡¦s services once a month?
Sorry, Momosun doesn¡¦t provide this kind of service. It will be very hard to meet customers¡¦ requirement of clean and comfortable residential environment if only one service per month. Therefore, Momosun suggests customers to use our service at least one service per week.
Can I apply for one-time only service?
Yes, you can. However, Momosun doesn¡¦t suggest customers to apply this kind of service. The service priority of one-time only customers is the lowest. They need to wait until our housekeepers have spare time. Besides, the price of one-time service is higher. It will be more than NT$2000/per 4 hours.
Momosun¡¦s basic service unit is 4 hours. Can I break down to smaller units, e.g. 2 hours per service unit?
Yes, you can. However, Momosun doesn¡¦t suggest customers to do this. The service price per hour will be higher than NT$650, since the traffic time and cost will be added into the price we charge.
Can I get any discount if I use Momosun¡¦s services more then one time per week?
e.g. twice or three times per week. Please call our Customer Service Agents. They will quote prices according to your needs.
Do I need to be at home when Momosun¡¦s housekeeper provides service?
No. For the first service, Momosun prefers customers to be at home to tell us their preference and special needs. After that, Momosun¡¦s housekeepers will arrive customers¡¦ homes before customers go out. Then customers can go on to do whatever they need to do. After service, Momosun¡¦s housekeepers will help to shut the door.
What to do if the housekeeper break or damage things when providing services?
Please call Momoson Customer Service Center. We will deal with the situation promptly.
If I am not satisfied with the housekeeper, what to do?
Please inform Momosun¡¦s Customer Service Agents the situation. Customer Service Agents will deal with it. If you are still not satisfied with the result, we will find you another housekeeper.
Ć Do I need to give the housekeeper tip to thank her for good services? or give her gift or bonus for the year-end?
No. if you think the housekeeper does excellent job, please tell us. We will reward our housekeepers according to company¡¦s reward policy.
What if there is a typhoon?
If the government of Taipei City or Taipei County announces people don¡¦t need to go to work because of Typhoon, all services are cancelled. The Services to member customers will be postponed to next schedule time.

Taipei City, Taipei County, Taoyuan City, and Tainan City.
Ć What are the differences among Momosun and other housekeeping service companies?
All housekeepers are Taiwan citizens. They are trained, qualified and employed by MOMOSUN¡V no agencies involved. MOMOSUN implements the standard service procedure of housekeeping effectively and efficiently. Besides, Momosun designates customer service agents to each customer. Only one call, they will help you with the problems.
Is the housekeeper the so called ¡§maid¡¨?
No. In general, the maids do only what employers want them to do, without too much thinking. However, housekeepers are professional persons who know how to help employers with house chores effectively and efficiently. MOMOSUN carefully selects and trains local housekeepers to provide customers with the highest quality services.
